Innovative Systems
We invested in the state-of-the-art pre-press systems that utilize UV, water-base systems as well as digital platforms to improve product and process quality. To effectively utilize all our innovative equipment, we utilize the FIRST standard to manage color and product integrity; it helps ensures the highest quality and most repeatable print possible while minimizing spoilage. We take pride in our ability to produce repeatable quality printing. We utilize quality lab testing with the latest standard specifications and design concepts for product testing and product development.
 
Facility work areas locations were derived and developed based on the system workflow. Critical resources are assigned wireless phones to allow for direct contact and reduce distraction from a standard paging systems. Wireless technology is in use throughout the facility area to reduce costs and allow for versatility. Our members enjoy the flexibility of taking their laptops with them throughout our wireless building or while traveling. Process owners define and maintain their systems using standard methodologies. We encourage and support group members’ efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle by providing outlets for operational and administrative wastes to include production spoilage, packaging materials, office byproducts, and electronic wastes. The cross-functional team approach is used to design change throughout the productivity system ensuring change initiatives are streamlined and become part of everyday activities. Weekly leadership reviews insure that systems are performing as planned and updates are shared quarterly with Group members.
