Account Executive / Central Region / Chicago Territory
Award winning and rapidly expanding leader in the flexographic printing industry, Lauterbach Group, Inc. a Wisconsin based label and tag manufacturer is seeking an experienced, self starting, highly motivated, sales and customer driven individual to join our outside sales team. The Account Executive position will manage, market, develop and sell within the Central Region / Chicago sales region. The position will prospect through cold-calling, telemarketing, etc. The focus in this territory will be in the product identification (prime labeling) market. As an Account Executive with a territory for virtually unlimited accounts to call on, you will develop, maintain and service new and existing customer accounts.
Candidates must be high energy, can multi-task and be eager to work with prospects to develop flexographic based printing solutions for their labeling and packaging needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or marketing
- 3 + years of strong sales experience; experience in the direct mail industry a plus
- An entrepreneurial spirit with proven accomplishments and demonstrated ability to manage a territory successfully
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate superior relationships
- Ability to travel 50-60% in large territory
Experenced Flexographic Press Operator Lauterbach Group is looking for experienced Flexographic Press Operators. The Press Operator is responsible for sets ups and operates 8+ color flexographic printing press ensuring that quality is to the highest standards and that production schedules are met as required. Must be able to run roll to roll, sheeted and fan fold product. Candidate must continuously strive to improve product quality and customer service, productivity and profitability. Candidate must be process and metric driven, possess a cooperative team attitude, and be dedicated to product quality and customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma. Candidate must have 2 5 years experience running a Mark Andy or similar flexographic press and experience with water based inks and UV coatings. This full time position requires overtime as needed. Lauterbach Group has Flexographic Press Operator openings on the night shift (6pm 6am, Mon Wed & every other Thursday) and on the weekend shift day shift (6am 6pm, Fri-Sun & every other Thursday)

Medical:
LAUTERBACH GROUP offers a high deductible health plan (HDHP) through Humana Healthcare. LAUTERBACH GROUP pays 70% of the cost of the healthcare premium and offers non-smoker plan discounts. The Group offers Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to its group members in conjunction with the Humana Plan. For employees who do not participate in the Humana medical insurance plan, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are available. LAUTERBACH GROUP also makes available AFLAC supplement insurance at discounted group rates.
Dental:
LAUTERBACH GROUP offers a comprehensive dental plan through Humana Healthcare. Group members may elect to participate in the plan, but at their own cost.
Holidays:
LAUTERBACH GROUP has a total of ten paid holidays each year: New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After, and Christmas Day. Group members work half days on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve and have one floating holiday.
Vacation:
LAUTERBACH GROUP recognizes the need for each and every group member to take some time off to spend with family and friends or just to relax or travel. Group members earn one week of vacation time for the first year, two weeks during second year and time off increases to four weeks per year after 10 years.
Sick Time:
LAUTERBACH GROUP provides group members with three days sick days per year.
Insurance:
Life Insurance:
LAUTERBACH GROUP provides group members $10,000 plus the group member's annual base salary in life insurance and in addition provides an accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan for group members.
Short Term - Disability Insurance:
To assist our group members during a period of disability of 26 weeks or less, LAUTERBACH GROUP provides Short Term Disability Insurance coverage to all regular, full-time group members - at no cost to the group member. Coverage replaces 66.7% of base pay during the period of disability.
Long Term - Disability Insurance:
To assist our group members during a period of disability extending beyond 26 weeks, LAUTERBACH GROUP provides Long Term Disability Insurance coverage to all regular, full-time employees - at no cost to the group member. Coverage replaces 60% of base pay during the period of disability.
401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan:
The LAUTERBACH GROUP 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan provides group members an opportunity to accumulate savings on a tax-deferred basis. Group members can set aside up to 50% of pay. The Group will match your contributions $1.00 for every $1.00 you contribute up to 3% of your pay and $0.50 for every $1.00 you contribute from 4%-5% of your pay! Group members can enroll in the plan once he/she has completed six months of service.
Education Tuition Assistance:
Each group member who comes to work with LAUTERBACH GROUP brings with them a unique body of knowledge and skills. LAUTERBACH GROUP encourages group members to continue their professional development and provides financial assistance for work- related courses and/or degrees. LAUTERBACH GROUP reimburses 100% of pre-approved tuition costs to regular, full-time group members who have completed 90 days of employment and who have successfully completed approved courses with a grade of "A". Group members who earn a B grade is reimbursed at 85% and C are reimbursed at 60% of course cost.
