BLISTER CARDS

Blister card packaging is a very effective way to display and merchandise products. Blister cards display products in a very visible and tamper resistant package. If blister cards are new to you, please contact your service team member for help.

Basics about our blister card packaging:
  1. We manufacture our cards using 21 pt. solid bleached clay coated board to enhance the printing results and the heat seal holdout.
  2. We offer many different stocks, upon request.
  3. You can decorate our cards with foil stamping and embossing.
  4. We can print up to 8 colors, including 4 color process and PMS colors.
  5. Our coating offers a stronger bond at a higher application rate. Our heat seal coating works with most PVC, styrene, PET and recycled PET applications.
  6. We manufacture our cards with a 3/8" radius corners.
  7. Our cards are manufactured with a 1 ¼” key slot, centered 5/16” from the top of the card.
