PRESSURE SENSITIVE FILM & PAPER LABELS
Pressure sensitive film label construction includes a vast range of
application uses. The most stringent product requirements will be
successful with the proper construction of material, adhesive and
liner. Pressure sensitive paper facestock is versatile and
economical and provides a high level of printing, converting and
application features. Generally, we group paper facestocks into
four categories: High-Gloss: This premium white facestock is
cast-coated for a glossy finish that allows for exceptional color
and graphic definition. Semi-Gloss: This gloss white facestock
is an economical alternative to a high-gloss facestock. The
semi-gloss provides very good color and graphic definition.
Matte: This dull facestock can be used to enhance the depth and
feel of the sheet. The facestock provide good printability and
definition. Metallized Paper: This silver or gold facestock
allows for exceptional color and graphic definition. Metallized
paper allows for the striking feel and look of foil to bring
attention to your product. Pressure sensitive film facestocks
are suited for cured surfaces, require squeezable package or a
“no-label-look” or clear look. These facestocks perform well in
moist or humid environments or require a high level of durability.
Gloss: This facestock is great for creating the “no-label-look”.
This sheet allows the product inside the packaging to show
through. Matte: This facestock has the same features as a gloss
sheet, but with a satin finish.
White: White facestock perform with the same characteristics as
the clear facestocks. |
