Lauterbach Group’s Waukesha facility includes a state-of-the-art production center operated under lean manufacturing principals. The facility includes graphic design, pre-press, research and development, testing, printing and converting.
The Group uses a fully integrated computer program to track every action, from purchase order, to materials purchased, component design and engineering, scheduling, pressroom, finishing, shipping and invoicing on a real time basis.
Our press platform includes UV and water based printing, coatings and adhesives. We can print and convert a web width of 20" wide by 28" long. Our presses include the latest technology in video inspection; butt-splicers, turrets and waste remove automation.
