1st shift 6AM-2:30PM M-F
2nd shift 8PM-6AM M-Th
We are growing and in need of an experienced Flexographic Press Operator. Job responsibilities include setting up and operating an 2-10 color flexographic printing press, ensuring that quality is to the highest standards and that production schedules are met as required.
The ideal candidate will continuously strive to improve product quality and company service, productivity and profitability. The Operator acts as a shop lead when the Production Supervisor and/or Director of Operations is not available. The Flexographic Press Operator III is a senior production position and is expected to act as a mentor to other Group Members and uphold the Group’s policies and procedures.
