First, your site is very user friendly and helps me tremendously with my ordering. The price tiers are very clear, and the breakdowns make it easier to make sound purchasing decisions.
Lauterbach is very quick to respond to new artwork requests. Customers are often in a hurry when they request artwork and Lauterbach is always very quick to respond.
Probably most important is Lauterbach’s quick service. I know I can typically get labels delivered within 2 weeks for a standard delivery and in rare instances of needing a rush order, Lauterbach is always very accommodating which is so appreciated.
All in all, working with a superb supplier like Lauterbach just makes my job easier as a buyer because I only need to deal with something once with them, and I know it will be taken care of.
